In October 2023, the Asian Mycological Congress heads to the Republic of Korea

From the 10th to 13th October 2023, the Asian Mycological Congress will welcome researchers from around the world to Busan, Republic of Korea, for an exploration of all things fungi.

This year’s congress is titled ‘Fungal World and Its Bioexploitation – in all areas of basic and applied mycology,’ and will cover a range of topics related to all theoretical and practical aspects of mycology. The congress’ objective is to promote the development of mycology through various activities associated with mycological education, training, research, and service in countries and regions within Asia.

Registration for the congress is available onsite from the 1st to 13th October 2023.

As one of the sponsors of the congress, the Mycokeys publisher Pensoft will proudly present a Best Poster award. The winner will receive a free publication in MycoKeys.

All congress participants are invited to learn more about Mycokeys and consider submitting their work to the journal.
