Maximum Likelihood (RAxML) tree from the combined analysis of ITS, tef1 and act sequences of Cladosporium, which includes our strains GUCC 401.1–GUCC 401.9 (except for GUCC 401.6). The tree was rooted with C. neolangeronii (CBS 797.97) and C. langeronii (CBS 189.54). ML and MP bootstrap values (≥ 70%) and Bayesian posterior probability (≥ 0.95) are indicated along branches (ML/MP/PP). Our species are emphasized with a yellow background.
