Phylogeography of post-Pleistocene population expansion in Dasyscyphella longistipitata (Leotiomycetes, Helotiales), an endemic fungal symbiont of Fagus crenata in Japan


	Bayesian continuous-space phylogeographic analyses for Dasyscyphella longistipitata, and Fagus crenata grouped in three consecutive times. Red dots represent D. longistipitata localities, and blue areas are polygons for the nodes of dispersion for F. crenata.
