Maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree inferred from the three-gene dataset (atp6, rpb2, tef1), including Rhodactina rostratispora and selected Boletaceae. The three Chalciporus species were used as outgroup taxa. Most of the taxa not belonging to the subfamily Leccinoideae were collapsed into subfamilies or similar level clade (i.e. Pulveroboletus group).
