Morphological comparison of Paradingleyomyces, Dingleyomyces and Perennicordyceps. In Perennicordyceps, the dotted line below indicates burial in soil or woods. Pe. cuboidea, Pe. prolifica, Pe. paracuboidea and Pe. ryogamiensis were redrawn from Ban et al. (2009) and Pe. elaphomyceticola was redrawn from Xiao et al. (2023).
