Trees resulting from ML analysis of the combined ITS, SSU and LSU sequence alignment for twelve isolates in Neomicrosphaeropsis and eight isolates in Microsphaeropsis. RAxML and MP bootstrap support values (ML, MP ≥ 60%) and Bayesian posterior probability (PP ≥ 0.65) are denoted on the nodes (ML/MP/PP).
